iSolved provides a link within employee self service that when clicked enables single sign on, meaning you were automatically logged in to timekeeping and scheduling. With a service release on Thursday Feb. 14th the link was disconnected and you’re now experiencing an error.

Forgot Username and/or Password Instructions
Each employee has between one and three logins set up for them in the Timekeeping and Scheduling application. One of these logins is your employee number which can be used as your Username to log in directly.
If you don’t know your employee number, you can find it by logging into iSolved
Employee Self Service. It is listed underneath your name in the upper left hand side of the screen.
Once you have your username, if you do not know your password you can use the password: Disney2018 to log in. If that doesn’t work, click the forgot password link that appears in red above the Employee Login screen. Follow the instructions after clicking the link.
