Employers save 7.65% on FICA matching for every $1 contributed by employees in the plan. Employees save FICA, Federal, State, and Local taxes - approximately 30% on every $1 contributed to the plan.

Types of Plans

How they Work

For most plans, employees decide how much they want to contribute during the year (IRS limits may apply), then funds are deducted from payroll and placed in an account. Employees are reimbursed as they incur expenses.
