Employer and Employee Savings
Employers save 7.65% on FICA matching for every $1 contributed by employees in the plan. Employees save FICA, Federal, State, and Local taxes - approximately 30% on every $1 contributed to the plan.
Types of Plans
We offer many different plans, including Premium Only, Premium Only with HSA, Health FSA, Limited-Purpose Health FSA, Dependent Care, Individual Insurance Premium FSA, Health Reimbursement Arrangements, amd Health Savings Accounts.
How they Work
For most plans, employees decide how much they want to contribute during the year (IRS limits may apply), then funds are deducted from payroll and placed in an account. Employees are reimbursed as they incur expenses.
Easy Management Tools
Employees can submit claims online, via the mobile app, or by faxing paper receipts. They can also use a debit card at the point of purchase. They can also sign up for text alerts for balances and activity. All from a PC or the mobile app.
